We have had over 12 youth go off to college
- We have partnered with several key organizations and foundations to further the goals of Pathways.
- Representatives have partnered on several initiatives and committees around homelessness, youth issues and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and its effects on children.
- Pathways has implemented an Outcome Measurement Tool for all departments in order to facilitate establishing benchmarks and best practices.
- The agency has embraced a new service design based on the Foundation of Search Institutes 40 Developmental Assets.
- We are partners with the Mayor's Youth Task Force of Markham on the Markham Amazing Race
- We are successfully implementing our 8th year of Pathways to Wine which has raised over $190,000
