You are helping to provide Pathways with the resources to make a difference in their lives, now and in the future.  Funds raised will be directed towards our Family Services Centres, located throughout Markham and Stouffville, our two Residential Youth Homes in Markham, our Aftercare and Transitional Support program and our Home Base Youth Drop In Centre in Richmond Hill.
